Create a username and password
The first step is to create a VPNQG account. Open the registration page, choose a username for signing in to the user panel, and set a separate password. No email address is required. Your username and password will be used to access the panel, view orders, get your subscription, and submit support tickets. Before submitting, make sure the username contains no extra spaces, and save the password in a trusted password manager to avoid errors from repeated manual entry.
After you submit the registration details, the page will open the user panel. If your browser is still on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created. Once inside, first confirm that the top or account section shows the current account, then continue to plan selection. You do not need to install a client or look for a subscription link yet; until an active plan is available, the subscription details may not show the complete route list. This is expected.
Your account is used only to manage this service through the panel. Do not confuse your password with the subscription link: the password gets you into the panel, while the subscription link lets the client retrieve route settings. Keep both secure, but use them in different places. If you cannot access the panel after entering your username or password, check capitalization and the browser’s autofill result first. For more account support, see the Help Center.
Choose a plan based on your data needs
After signing in, open the plans section. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider your typical usage first: regular browsing and lightweight tools usually use less data, while high-resolution video and frequent file transfers use considerably more. Unlimited devices does not mean data is calculated separately; usage across every device counts toward the plan linked to the same account.
If your usage schedule is irregular, consider the data packages, which remain valid until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions suit users who need a fixed recurring allowance, while data packages work well for intermittent use and for keeping unused data available. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so review the plan name, data allowance, and validity details shown in the panel before confirming the order.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation section and pay using Alipay, WeChat, or USDT as offered on the page. Do not create the same order again after payment; return to the user panel first and check the order and plan status. If the status has not updated, refresh the panel later or submit a ticket. VPNQG offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for the applicable process and terms.
Get your subscription from the user panel
Once the plan is active, return to the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription section and use the panel’s copy function instead of selecting the text in pieces with your mouse. After copying, paste it into a temporary local text field to confirm that both the beginning and end are present, but do not send the link in public chats, forums, screenshots, or shared documents. The link lets a client retrieve the route settings associated with your account and should be handled as a sensitive credential.
The format example in this guide is a dummy value. It does not connect to VPNQG and contains no usable credentials:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Get the real link only from the user panel. This page does not provide a static subscription URL or a direct installer link. When you need a client, open the panel’s download section and get the VPNQG client that matches your system; on iOS, follow the panel instructions to the relevant App Store page. After copying the link, keep the panel open for now. If the client import fails, you may need to copy it again to rule out truncation or accidental spaces.
If the subscription details are missing from the panel, first confirm that the plan is active, then refresh the account overview. If they still do not appear, do not construct a URL yourself or reuse another service’s subscription format. Submit a ticket from the user panel instead. For complete instructions on subscription updates, credential security, and multi-device maintenance, see the complete manual.
Import your subscription into a client
A client reads the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the system connection. Before importing, make sure the system date and time are accurate. Also remove old configurations with unknown sources from the client to avoid confusion when choosing a route. The four platforms below follow the same logic: get the client or installation guide from the panel, open subscription management, paste the link, update it, and confirm that the route list appears. Only the entry point and system authorization process differ.
WINDOWS
Windows: Import from subscription management
Get the VPNQG client for Windows from the download section of the user panel and install it. After launching it, look for “Subscription Management,” “Configuration,” or “Remote Configuration,” then add a subscription and paste the complete link copied from the account overview into the address field. Use a recognizable name such as VPNQG, save it, and run an update. When you return to the main interface, you should see a node list organized by region or route type.
When connecting for the first time, Windows may ask you to allow the client to create a network connection. Continue only after confirming that the request comes from the VPNQG client you just installed. If the list is empty after updating, delete the subscription you just added, copy it again from the panel, and paste it anew. Do not edit characters in the link manually. When the client needs an update, get it from the user panel to avoid mismatches between an older interface and the current subscription format.
MACOS
macOS: Check the menu bar status after importing
Get the VPNQG client for macOS from the user panel, follow the system prompts to install it, and open it. The subscription entry is usually in the main window, a menu bar icon, or a configuration management page. Add a remote subscription, paste the link, save it, and update it. Once the route list appears, choose the target region and enable the client’s system connection switch.
When macOS establishes a connection for the first time, it may display a system network configuration permission prompt. After granting permission, return to the client and confirm that the menu bar or main-window status has changed from disconnected to connected. If the client shows connected but the target website still uses the previous network path, disconnect and reconnect, then confirm that the selected route belongs to the newly imported subscription rather than an identically named item in an old configuration.
ANDROID
Android: Add a remote subscription and authorize the connection
Get the VPNQG client for Android from the download section of the user panel. Open it, go to the configuration or subscription page, choose the option to add a remote subscription by link, paste the address copied from the overview, and save it. After updating, return to the route page, confirm that the region and route type have loaded, and choose a route matching the target service region.
When you start the connection for the first time, the system will display a network connection permission dialog. Allow it, and a system connection indicator will appear in the status bar. If the import does nothing, check whether the pasted content has spaces at either end. You can also clear the field and copy the link again instead of repairing it character by character. Battery-saving settings may affect the client’s background connection; because these settings vary by device interface, visit the Help Center if disconnections occur frequently.
IOS
iOS: Create a configuration through the subscription menu
iOS requires a client that supports subscription imports. First prepare the appropriate app according to the instructions in the user panel, then return to the account overview and copy the subscription link. In the client, look for an option to add a subscription, use remote configuration, or import from the clipboard. Paste the link and update it. Once the routes appear, choose the target region and start the connection.
On the first connection, the system will ask to allow a network configuration to be created. Confirm it and complete authorization using device verification. Follow the system flow; you do not need to split subscription data manually into fields such as configuration name or server address. If the App Store region changes how the app is obtained, follow the current instructions in the panel. For deeper guidance on region changes and configuration, read the iOS Client Selection Guide.
Connect to a route and verify the exit region
After importing, choose a region based on the target service. For regular international services in Hong Kong or Singapore, start by testing a nearby route. For streaming services with region-specific content, choose an exit region that matches the target library. For AI tools, prioritize a stable route in a region supported by the tool. IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes represent different network arrangements. You do not need to test every type at once; start with one route that has a clear purpose.
After starting the connection, wait until the client clearly shows that it is connected, then open the target website in a browser. The key test is not whether a client button changes color, but whether the target service opens, lets you sign in, and loads content normally. If the target page was already open, refresh it. If the old result remains, close the tab and open it again. When checking region-specific content, rely on the region result actually displayed by the target service.
If access fails, retest in a fixed order: update the subscription in the client, switch to another route in the same region, then disconnect and reconnect. This helps isolate an outdated route list, an individual route issue, or a local connection session problem. Do not change several settings at once, or it will be difficult to tell what restored the connection. If routes in multiple regions fail, restart the client and check whether the system still retains network authorization.
After connecting successfully, open the websites you use regularly and confirm that pages, video, or tools work as expected. VPNQG covers 100+ countries and 170+ routes, and different services may work best through different exit regions. To learn more about the differences between IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes, or to choose routes by region, visit the Routes page.
Keep a reliable daily workflow
After the first successful connection, daily use requires only three habits: update the subscription regularly, choose a route for the target region, and retest in order when something goes wrong. Subscription updates give the client the current route list, so a long gap between updates may leave old configurations visible. When a route behaves unexpectedly, update first instead of deleting the client or creating a new account.
When using multiple devices, get the subscription from the same user panel and import it separately on each device. VPNQG supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the data allowance in the account plan. Public or temporary devices should not retain a subscription long term; remove the configuration from the relevant client when you stop using it. If you suspect the subscription link has reached an uncontrolled environment, submit a ticket through the user panel instead of continuing to share the original link.
